As Nimbus is active in broad range of industries the suitable candidate must have industry experience and be able to apply his/her experience in varying situations. The candidate should also have an affinity with smaller to medium sized companies (30 to 250 people), as Nimbus' investment focus is more on the potential for profit improvement than on size of the company. We will expect a candidate to be competent in financial analysis or to be able to acquire this skill quickly. The Nimbus environment is informal and not hierarchical. This should fit your taste.
